As a non-profit organization, Illuminate Learning depends on tween, teens, and young adults to come together. Our community's youth play a crucial role in allowing our organization to continue to provide guidance to children around the country. Discover how you can help illuminate a child.
New Board positions
Are you a high school student looking to make an impact, gain leadership experience, and support education access for K–8 students? Illuminate Learning is now accepting applications for two exciting board intern roles!
Student Services Intern:
Be the first point of contact for new students and families! You'll send welcome emails, schedule intro meetings, take notes on student needs, and help ensure every student is matched with the right tutor.
Tutor Services Intern:
Help us support our amazing tutors! You’ll onboard new volunteers, lead training sessions, share helpful resources, and track service hours and session reports.
These roles are perfect for students who are organized, passionate, and ready to step into a leadership position within a nonprofit making a difference.
Become a tutor!
Children around the United States of America have difficulty in school whether it is be because of the not getting enough attention from the teacher or their teaching strategies. You can change that! All kids learn differently and it is important for us to take that into consideration when assigning kids to our wonderful volunteers.

It doesn't matter where you are, because classes are virtual. All that matters is you wanting to make a help others.
